NW Employment is partnered with a local construction company in Canby and we are looking to add an Estimator to join our team!
Summary
As a Construction Estimator you will play a vital role in evaluating project costs and providing accurate estimates for our clients in the construction industry. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering quality staffing solutions that meet both immediate and long-term needs.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with commission opportunities ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and contractors through regular sales calls, networking events, and trade shows
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through effective prospecting and market research
- Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate customers on our products and services
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
