We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for creating high-quality products.

• Responsibilities :
• Assist in fabricating and machining parts and materials to meet customer specifications.
• Utilize CNC and prepress machinery to prepare materials for production.
• Develop and implement layout designs for various products.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate typography and graphic design elements.
• Ensure color management is maintained throughout the production process.
• Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new team members and supporting current staff.
• Requirements :
• Strong background in fabrication and machining.
• Experience with CNC and prepress machinery.
• Proficiency in graphic design and typography.
• Knowledge of color management principles.
• Familiarity with screen printing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Pay : $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
