What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging/Assembly position at NW Industrial?
NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Packaging and Final Finish Assembler for a local, family owned manufacturer of irrigation parts and components. This position is very diverse in job duties and is in constant motion. This is an evaluation to hire position on a day shift located in Harrisburg, OR.
Qualities we are seeking:
- 1 year in a production atmosphere.
- 6 months experience with handheld power tools, specifically hand-held grinders
- A keen attention to detail to ensure that all parts are assembled correctly
- Forklift and shipping experience is preferred
- The ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull for an 8-hour shift
- ability to lift 60lbs
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Great attendance, punctuality and work ethics.
Job Details:
Evaluation to Hire
Location: Harrisburg, OR
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8 AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $17.00/h
