What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Personnel position at NW Industrial?
NW Industrial is looking for production personnel for a local manufacturing company that makes coatings and high Temperature paints for a global market. This is an evaluation to hire position on a day shift. In a fast paced environment that will often require the ability to multi-task.
What we are seeking:
1 year of production line experience
Ability to multi task and monitor several machines during the shift.
Good basic math skills including fractions.
Great mechanical aptitude
Lift 50lbs on a semi-consistent basis.
Be able to read detailed work orders
Organize product according to order, Weighing and measuring raw materials.
Work as part of a collaborative and communicative and team.
Be able to stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8-hour shift.
Have great communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
Great work ethic, attendance and punctuality.
*Forklift experience is preferred but not essential for this position.

Location: Eugene, OR. 97402
Shift: Days
Days: Monday – Thursday
Hours: 5:30AM to 3:30PM.
Pay: $18/h to start
