Duties
- Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Oversee benefits administration to ensure employees receive appropriate support and resources.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate professional development.
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other employment laws to mitigate risk for the organization.
- Utilize HR software such as Dayforce, Paylocity, or Oracle for efficient HR operations and reporting.
- Develop succession planning strategies to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, or Oracle is preferred.
- Experience in benefits administration and performance management is essential.
