Our client, a respected commercial litigation firm, is seeking a trial-ready Associate Attorney to join their team. This firm is known for its deep trial experience on complex litigation matters from inception through verdict.
In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned litigators with extensive courtroom experience, handling a diverse range of cases, including contract, shareholder, class action, securities, insurance, real estate, employment, personal injury, and professional malpractice disputes . You’ll gain hands-on trial experience, refine your advocacy skills, and play an active role in high-stakes litigation. The firm fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment, where attorneys take on meaningful responsibilities early in their careers and are given the opportunity to grow as trial lawyers.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities :
- Trial Preparation & Courtroom Advocacy : Participate in pretrial proceedings, trial strategy development, and courtroom presentations, ensuring thorough preparation for every phase of litigation.
- Motion Practice : Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, and procedural motions, honing your persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Discovery & Depositions : Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, reviewing and analyzing documents, preparing witnesses, and both defending and taking depositions.
- Legal Research & Case Analysis : Conduct in-depth factual and legal research to develop strong case strategies and provide informed recommendations.
- Appellate Work : Engage in appellate practice, including briefing and arguing appeals, ensuring clients receive top-tier representation at all levels of litigation.

Compensation : $135,000 - $175,000 bonus
