Join a forward-thinking local construction company committed to growth and excellence. They seek a dynamic General Manager to strengthen their leadership team. This smaller, but mighty firm has seen continued growth in revenues ranging from $14M-$20M.

This is a newly established role, providing you with the opportunity to shape it and make an immediate impact. As the General Manager, you will take charge of the company’s operations, nurturing a high-performing culture of growth. This pivotal role also includes spearheading the company's expansion and enhancing its technology infrastructure through the implementation of cutting-edge software solutions and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of commercial construction, with a focus on large-scale tenant improvements, renovations, and CapEx projects. Spanish speaking is a plus.

General Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team, setting a standard of excellence.
• Design and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with the company's vision and culture.
• Oversee daily operations, including field operations, administration, marketing, and accounting departments, while promoting employees' maximum potential, performance, and dedication.
• Integrate all significant operating functions, ensuring alignment and unity in pursuing the company's goals.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process and system enhancement.
• Resolve issues effectively, demonstrating the ability to identify and address real problems, manage conflicts, and promote healthy solutions.
• Provide leadership mentoring, coaching, guidance, and support for all operations department personnel.

Compensation : $135,000 - $160,000 (DOE) Bonus (7-10%)
