Project Architect Responsibilities
- Create and manage construction/architectural documents in Revit.
- Address zoning regulations and provide guidance on compliance.
- Generate innovative design ideas and assist in presentations.
- Organize and oversee architectural files and drawings.
- Ensure timely completion of construction plans.
- Coordinate site plans and review relevant zoning codes.
- Participate in project meetings and assist with RFIs.
- Review consultant work and verify ADA compliance.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to company policies.
Project Architect Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience as a professional architect.
- At least 3 years designing 100 unit multifamily projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience).
- Licensed Architect in at least one U.S. state.
- 4 years of experience using Revit.
- Expert knowledge of residential building codes and zoning regulations.
