Project Engineer – Multi-family Construction
Everett, WA
Are you a PE in the North End who would love to work closer to home? Join a dynamic and growing local Commercial GC with upcoming projects in the Everett and Marysville areas. If you have at least a year of commercial construction experience in a PE role, then this may be the right job for you!
Project Engineer Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Project Architects, Designers, owners, and field personnel.
- Generate Requests for Information (RFI) and submittals.
- Inspect work to assure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Manage project subcontractors.
- Understand the project budget and assist with buyouts.
- Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities on a regular basis; provide timely and accurate quality reports, and raise issues to PM or Superintendent as needed.
- Generate project punch list and closeout documentation.
