Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Gig Harbor clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and a passion for delivering evidence-based treatment to patients with a variety of conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and outcomes
- Provide manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education to patients to promote optimal function and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
