Customer Service Representative

LOCATION : Clackamas, OR
SALARY : $20-$30 / HR
SCHEDULE : Full-Time, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm, Monday-Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Records customer details, service requests, and prepares work orders for service crews.
Schedules service calls, dispatches crews, and follows up to ensure service satisfaction.
Manages records, dispatches instructions to mobile crews, and handles payment processing and parts ordering.
Prepares and updates maintenance contracts, files warranty requests, and collects customer signatures for contracts and quotes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position performs general office duties and works in a temperature-controlled environment.
Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.
