TITLE : Maintenance Supervisor
LOCATION : Vancouver, WA
SALARY : $25 per hour
SCHEDULE : Direct Hire / Full Time / Mon – Fri / 8am – 4 : 30pm
INDUSTRY : Property Management
THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to assist in efficiently supervising, operating and maintaining a 281-unit condominium community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands-on work on development projects around the community.
- Handle prioritizing of tasks and assigning tasks to the team.
- Handle getting 2-3 bids on all major projects and presenting bids to Board of Directors.
- Manage & check in with contractors working on jobs.
- Communicating with owners on projects & work orders.
- Manage tool & equipment owned by SCE.
