Manufacturing Associate

Come work with a family-owned and locally based mattress manufacturing company that specializes in hospital mattresses, stretcher pads, overlays, and other healthcare mattresses.

LOCATION: Clackamas, OR
SALARY: $18-$20 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm

THE ROLE
Primarily working on the assembly line—assembling mattresses together. The mattresses are for semi-trucks, vans, and hospital stretchers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in a team environment to accomplish the daily work assignments and meet production goals.
• Accurately completes work orders per the specified product specification
• Uses written and verbal communication to accomplish assignments as directed.
• Performs product setup, prior to assembly.
• Performs quality checks during the different stages of assembly.
 

SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• Experience working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Capable of meeting quality and quantity demands in a timely manner.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day.
