Our organization is the Global Risk and Compliance - Digital Citizenship Tech focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. We are responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementations across the globe so that we can earn our customers’ and associates’ trust.
What You'll Do :
- Design and implement complex features in Fitment applications.
- Analyze and optimize ReactJS, NodeJS front end and backend applications.
- Experiment with new technologies and features and build quick prototypes.
- Participate in managing code & configurations for multiple environments, release management process, creating and maintaining environment configuration and controls, code integrity and work closely with platform team.
- Analyze business requirements, storyboards and similar artifacts of the scrum process, work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds.
- Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
- Lead the work of other small groups of three to five engineers.
- Ensure inclusion of business vision and industry trends to enable results that drive business.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Minimum Qualifications :
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2 : 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
