What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Technician position at NWA Turf Pro?
NWA Turf Pro is a local weed control and fertilization company that takes great pride in our employees and in the services we provide for our customers. Our search for a team member begins with good people who are allowed to be themselves, get the most out of themselves, and be pushed further by a company who cares. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers is of upmost importance to us. We want to ensure that our customers receive the best possible lawn care and form lasting relationships with the technician that services their lawn. The job consists of four, ten hour days Monday through Thursday. Inevitably, weather plays a big part on when we work. Days missed due to weather will be made up on Fridays and Saturdays until we are caught up. Responsibilities of this job include applying herbicides and fertilizer to lawns, aerations, overseeding, and a variety of other tasks. Work experience would be great, and taken into consideration when discussing pay, but is not required. After training, a pesticide applicators license is required and paid for by the company. Any mechanical experience is also a huge plus. A high school diploma is required.
