What Youll Do:
As a Senior IT Specialist, youll play a critical role in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly, supporting employees at all technical levels, and leading initiatives to improve our IT environment. Youll be involved in everything from basic support to high-level systems implementation and integration, with opportunities to grow as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 through Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Support and maintain company systems including Google Workspace, JotForms, NetSuite, FieldPoint, and more

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner

Lead or support implementation of new software and infrastructure projects

Assist with acquisition integrations, including onboarding new team members, setting up infrastructure, and connecting systems

Document processes and maintain system documentation

Travel to company sites as needed (15 branches in 7 states)

Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, field teams, and vendors
Additional Common Duties in This Role:

Data backup and recovery operations

Asset tracking and IT inventory management

Vendor coordination and license management
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
-
5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, ideally in a multi-site environment

Excellent communication skills-able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
-
Strong customer service mindset and a no task too small attitude
-
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and technologies

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, cloud-based systems, and enterprise software
-
Experience supporting Google Workspace and familiarity with tools like JotForms, NetSuite, and FieldPoint (or willingness to learn quickly)
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with acquisition support and/or IT due diligence

IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Google IT Support, Cisco, Microsoft)

Familiarity with implementing a distributed network domain

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Before You Leap:
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
