Your Mission

Managing incoming service calls directed from other office positions. The Service Coordinator will verify and update customer contact and payment information upon answering.
Collecting any overdue invoices before proceeding with service dispatch.
Creating dispatches in Fieldpoint and coordinating with service managers to assign calls appropriately.
Overseeing invoice collections through both email and direct phone contact with customers to confirm receipt and ensure timely payment. This includes leading a weekly AR meeting and working with the Branch Manager to assign accounts to staff for collection if necessary. Given its high priority, the Service Coordinator may be required to provide status reports on outstanding accounts.
Ensuring all customer dispatch software is accurately updated for dispatching and invoicing.
Assisting in the creation and review of invoices before they are sent to customers.
Ensuring all Testing, Inspection, and Compliance paperwork is properly delivered to customers and submitted to state or federal agencies as required.
Supporting additional tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Table

High school diploma or its equivalent the foundation of your journey.

1-3 years in the administrative or office management realm, construction or service industry experience is a plus!

Exceptional communication prowess and interpersonal skills, building bridges with clients and customers alike.

Before You Leap:
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
