The CRM Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the National
Wildlife Federations' donor and productivity systems. They will work with stakeholders to
ensure alignment with the organization's fundraising, operational, and outreach goals. This role serves as a vital resource for end users, developers, and data analysts. They will provide support, documentation, and training to enhance user adoption and optimization. The CRM Manager plays a key role in ensuring data hygiene, data governance, and the integrity of our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Systems Administration
- Serve as primary administrator for the CRM donor database (Microsoft Dynamics) and productivity solution platform (Atlassian JIRA), including user management, security controls, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to maintain optimal functionality.
- Manage and deploy system improvements, solution upgrades, and data integrations in collaboration with data owners, developers, vendors, and IT resources.
- Collaborate with administrators of related databases to perform data imports / exports and data sync audits.
- Query and run reports to distribute to end users, data owners, finance, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $72,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
