We’re Hiring a Rockstar Service Rep – Is That You?
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the outdoors, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. In this position, you'll represent our tree care division—connecting with homeowners and businesses across Forest Lake and surrounding areas to offer expert guidance and solutions.
The best part? You’re not on your own. Our dedicated office team sets your appointments for you, handles scheduling, and provides full administrative support—so you can focus on what you do best: helping people and building trust. In slower seasons, there may be a bit of door knocking or light outreach to fill your schedule, but the majority of your leads will be provided.

- You’re ISA Certified or ready and willing to become certified within your first 6 months (we’ll support you along the way)
- You enjoy meeting new people and helping them find the best solutions for their property
- You bring a strong work ethic, a humble attitude, and a drive to keep learning
- You’re confident working in both residential neighborhoods and larger commercial spaces
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and can handle a fast-paced environment with ease
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with leads provided by our office team—appointments are mostly set for you
- Walk properties and provide expert recommendations for tree care and removals
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver timely, professional estimates
- Follow up with clients, coordinate with crews, and oversee the jobs you sell
- Occasionally engage in light outreach during off-season months
- Be a positive team player—offering help and encouragement wherever it’s needed
