Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments.
- Work with external vendors to resolve any invoice problems or inaccuracies.
- Ensure all accounts payable processes meet applicable compliance guidelines and corporate standards.
- Reconcile credit card payments and code to proper accounts.
- Process travel expense reports from Concur.
- Assist with month-end close support.
- Make and track appropriate sales and use tax payments on invoices as needed.
- Assist with audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed.
- Crosstrain to be back-up for Accounts Receivable role.
