A leading construction consulting company is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing property inspections by ensuring accurate photo reviews, entering new properties into our database, and compiling property and loan documentation. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and is located near Tigard, OR.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of inspection photos.
- Enter new properties into the database and compile property and loan documentation.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of active inspections.
- Assign inspections through various industry software tools.
- Communicate inspection needs effectively with inspectors.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and independent time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with residential construction, including materials, tools, budgets, and costs.
- Experience in ground-up residential construction, renovations, multi-family projects, and site/land development.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and appointments.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak times and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to long-term professional growth.
Experience Required:
- Preferred: 1 year of scheduling experience
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in residential construction
- Comfortable with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams)
- Proficient in basic computer tasks
Schedule & Compensation:
- Approximately 40 hours per month
- Monday – Friday
- 2–5 hours per day, 1–5 days per week
- Start times: Monday: 10:00 AM, Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM
- Potential start date May 5th.
- This is a remote role, but in-person training will be required from our Tigard, OR office.
- Pay is $25 per hour.
