A leading construction consulting company is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing property inspections by ensuring accurate photo reviews, entering new properties into our database, and compiling property and loan documentation. Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of inspection photos.
- Enter new properties into the database and compile property and loan documentation.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of active inspections.
- Assign inspections through various industry software tools.
- Communicate inspection needs effectively with inspectors.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and independent time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with residential construction, including materials, tools, budgets, and costs.
- Experience in ground-up residential construction, renovations, multi-family projects, and site/land development.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and appointments.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak times and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to long-term professional growth.
Experience Required:
- Preferred: 1 year of scheduling experience
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in residential construction
- Comfortable with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams)
- Proficient in basic computer tasks
Schedule & Compensation:
- Approximately 40 hours per month
- Monday – Friday
- 2–5 hours per day, 1–5 days per week
- Start times: Monday: 10:00 AM, Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM
- Potential start date May 5th.
- This is a remote role, but in-person training will be required from our Tigard, OR office.
- Pay is $25 per hour.
