Warehouse Forklift Operator - Night Shift
We are currently seeking candidates for an open night warehouse position. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for assembling pallets of product while maintaining attention to order accuracy, loading them on trucks for next day's deliveries and safely operating a sit-down or stand-on forklift. The ideal candidate would be certified to operate forklifts, but we are willing and able to provide training and certification. Position requires constant standing, bending, twisting, squatting and grasping.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble pallets of product to be loaded on trucks for next day's deliveries
- Safely operate a sit-down or stand-on forklift
- Get on and off a forklift throughout the shift to build pallets for delivery
- Consistently lift 25lbs throughout shift
- Occasionally lift/move kegs weighing up to 165lbs
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards
- Ensure order accuracy
Requirements:
- Certified to operate forklifts (Training and Certification to be completed in 1st week)
- Willingness to learn and be trained to operate forklifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to consistently lift 25lbs throughout shift
- Ability to occasionally lift/move kegs weighing up to 165lbs
- Flexibility to work an 10-12-hour shift between 4pm and 4am depending on circumstances
Shift starts at 4PM, duration of the shift depends on the workload and may vary daily
