Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: NWP Management We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician with some experience or relevant skills to help maintain and improve our multifamily properties. Whether you have a few years of experience or just the right skills, we’ll invest in you and provide the resources to help you grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs to keep all aspects of the property in good working condition.
- Prepare apartments for move-ins, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, plumbing, locks, carpentry, and more.
- Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule.
- Communicate with residents after repairs are complete, ensuring satisfaction and professionalism.
- Be available for on-call emergencies (additional pay provided for on-call duties).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or relevant trades (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation and your own basic set of hand tools.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills when interacting with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- No licenses or certifications required — we will provide resources if needed!

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
