Required Skills and Experience:
- Active, WA COTA license in good standing.
- Ability to legally work in the US.
Desired Skills, Experience and Education:
- COTA degree
- 2 years of experience
- Understanding of Workers Compensation as it relates to treating injured workers
- Experience working with interpreter
- CPR Certification
Day to day work:Provide excellent patient care and document treatment with accurate, detailed treatment notes. Communicate regularly and efficiently with lead Occupational Therapists who are directing respective programs (OT, Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, Brain Injury, Pain Management, etc.)Develop individualized occupational therapy program with lead therapist for each client. All treatment will be based on the clients’ needs specific to their injury and personal goals.Maintain accurate and pertinent treatment records that accurately capture changes in the client’s functional status.Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, client-care planning, and/or program development meetings.Coordinate treatment regimens and programs with the client and the other members of the team.About you:
