Job Title: Master’s-level Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)
Reports to: Director of Psychological Services

Salary: $84,000-$101,867
Position Overview:
We are actively hiring full-time therapists from the following disciplines:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide brief, solution-focused therapy, group sessions, and general psychological interventions for adults in industrial rehabilitation. This role requires sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity, collaboration with the rehabilitation team, and some case management. You will have a significant impact by helping individuals regain control and confidence after workplace injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake, progress, and discharge evaluations; document findings and prepare reports.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address each patient's recovery goals, including strategies for stress and resilience-building.
- Lead group therapy sessions that foster peer support, shared coping techniques, and resilience.
- Coordinate closely with the rehabilitation team to ensure holistic, integrated patient care.
- Document patient progress comprehensively, adhering to all program and regulatory standards.
- Attend team meetings and case conferences to adjust care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform assessments to identify psychological factors affecting rehabilitation, addressing them within the short-term intervention framework.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Washington State License: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, in good standing.
- Experience: 2-5 years in mental health counseling, ideally in short-term intervention or rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in facilitating group sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish or another language
Familiarity with L&I guidelines and processes
Certification in evidence-based practices (e.g., EMDR).
Experience with chronic pain, functional neurological disorder (FND), and trauma
Strong computer and EMR documentation skills.
