Position Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of specialists. Employment Type: PRN
Salary Range: $85,829 - $110,000 per year DOE
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Washington Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain
- CPR Certification (within 60 days of hire)
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience or exceptional new graduate
- Experience in orthopedic conditions and work rehabilitation
- Understanding of Workers' Compensation processes and requirements
- Strong interest in helping injured workers return to productive employment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for injured workers
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions focused on functional restoration
- Coordinate care within our multidisciplinary team
- Create effective home exercise programs and patient education materials
- Maintain detailed documentation that meets Labor & Industries guidelines
- Participate in team conferences and program development initiatives
- Track and document functional progress to support return-to-work goals
