We are a dynamic and growing design studio seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive and professional impression of our company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively invoice, manage purchase orders, track billables, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Create invoices, proposals, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- Track billable hours, orders, and potential clients with ease
- Organize payments and minor tax preparation, including sales tax
- Project pricing and project coordination with attention to detail
- Prioritize customer service and resolve client issues promptly
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors
- Ccoordinate inbound and outbound mail and shipping efficiently
- Collaborate with employees to track billable hours and provide exceptional support
- Contribute to minor marketing and social media efforts
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in administrative and clerical work, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detailed oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience in Studio Designer is a plus, but not required
