Job Summary :
Engineering Technician responsible for Diffusion / Cleans in a high-volume manufacturing facility. The position will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
- Identification and reduction of recurrent machine faults
- Reduce defectivity
- Developing and writing specifications
- Improving tool utilization and availability
- Train technicians and peers
- Improve cost performance
- Specify, source, and qualify new equipment and parts
- Participate on and / or lead cross functional teams
- Support development and transfer activities
- Reducing cost
- Reducing scrap / Improving yield
- Reducing cycle time
- Improving tool utilization and availability
