Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze key financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and financial data for reporting and presentations.
- Help develop and improve financial dashboards and reporting tools for leadership review.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the FP&A team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in corporate financial planning and analysis.
