Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) Intern
Job Summary
As a Technical Sales Engineer intern, you’ll be a contributing member of the Global Sales and Marketing team and part of a worldwide professional community providing premium support to NXP customers. You drive demand creation and design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with NXP’s various business lines; you provide your skills & support to NXP’s sales staff and will work with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer(s). We rely on you to deliver the NXP value proposition in a persuasive and accurate manner, in order to increase our market share.
As Technical Sales Engineer you will drive design wins for NXP’s products, identify new opportunities, support appropriate solutions leveraging NXP architectures, support customer evaluations, and resolve any product issues that may arise in the customer's system.
Responsibilities
During this 12-week internship you will be paired with a senior Account team member to develop solutions to issues at an NXP’s automotive customer.

- Develop communication skills
- Present an NXP system solution to a customer-presented problem
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Must have completed freshman level coursework or greater.
- Must have a strong aptitude for technical learning
