JOB DESCRIPTION
As a NXT Events Associate Intern, you will assist the team with the daily operational tasks to plan, prepare, and execute our spring/summer events and programs including NXT Spring Training, NXT Spring League, and Summer Events. This will include (but not limited to) equipment inventory, packing, event staffing, travel coordination, catering/meal order and delivery, vendor communication, apparel organization, on-site setup/breakdown and event execution. You may also act as Site Director for smaller events or satellite locations.
NXT Spring Training
NXT Spring League (Sundays April – May)
NXT Summer Events (May 20th-End of July)
This is a full-time position reporting to our office in Conshohocken, PA during the week and on-site at events on the weekends.
Timeline: Fulltime; Spring 2025 - Summer 2025 (Approx. April – July)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion for lacrosse and demonstrated knowledge of the sport, rules, and the recruiting landscape
• Strong self-initiative and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office/warehouse environment with minimal supervision
• Clean driving record, practice safe driving, and comfortable driving for long periods of time
• Excellent verbal and written communications; attention to detail
• Willing and able to lift heavy equipment (60 lbs. or more)
• Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule during the week and on weekends. Some travel is required during the summer.
