Mid-Senior Level OSHA & Employment Litigation Associate – Los Angeles, CA
Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level OSHA & Employment Litigation Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join their Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator with experience defending employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal / OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans, as well as employment litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Defend employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal / OSHA, Federal OSHA, and other state OSHA plans
- Manage employment litigation cases, including :
Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
Drafting and arguing motions and other legal briefsTaking and defending depositionsProvide strategic advice to clients on OSHA compliance and workplace safety mattersCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal supportHandle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentQualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school4 years of employment litigation experienceExperience defending OSHA-related enforcement actions is requiredStrong writing, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects effectivelySelf-starter who thrives in both independent and team-based environmentsActive California Bar admission is requiredCompensation & Benefits :
Base salary range : $220,000 - $260,000 (actual pay based on experience, skills, and internal equity)Comprehensive benefits package, including :Medical, dental, and vision coverage
