About the Role :
Our client is seeking an experienced and well-connected Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their leadership team. This pivotal role focuses on scaling the firm’s operations and relationships within the water resource sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their established contacts and relationships with organizations such as Metro Water and major vendors requiring subcontractors. The COO will play a crucial role in developing systems, processes, and partnerships that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and expand the firm’s market presence.
Drive business development efforts in the water and wastewater sectors, leveraging your network to secure contracts and partnerships.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the civil engineering or water resource sectors.
Strong network and established relationships in the water and wastewater industry, particularly with organizations like Metro Water and major vendors.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
