Position Overview
Our client, a highly regarded law firm with 100 attorneys across multiple offices in New Jersey, New York, Colorado, and Florida, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic case approaches
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, Orders to Show Cause, and other litigation documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and appeals
- Conduct and participate in depositions
- Maintain effective communication with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
- Stay up to date with legal developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure top-tier legal representation
