Key Responsibilities:
- Handle white-collar criminal defense cases, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters
- Represent corporate and individual clients in high-profile federal and state investigations
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs, and assist in trial preparation
- Engage in client counseling, strategy development, and risk assessment
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams on complex litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in white-collar litigation, government investigations, or related practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Admitted to the New York Bar
