About the Role :
Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel with a strong background in litigation to join their Phoenix, AZ office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent employers in a variety of employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other complex legal issues. The ideal candidate will have 2-9 years of experience, be barred in Georgia, and demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
- Provide counsel to clients on employment law compliance, risk management, and litigation avoidance.
- Handle a diverse caseload involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and more.
- Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and engage in mediation and settlement negotiations.
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional case management and outcomes.
