Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Junior Partner with a strong background in Fund Formation to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fund formation and complementary experience in one or more of the following areas : equity finance, commercial agreements, or general M&A. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide sophisticated legal counsel and representation to clients in fund formation matters.
- Assist with structuring, negotiating, and drafting fund documentation and related agreements.
- Offer guidance on equity finance, commercial agreements, and / or M&A transactions to enhance client service offerings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Actively participate in business development and client relationship management initiatives.
