Position Overview :
Our Client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in New Rochelle, NY. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks requiring extensive knowledge in heavy / highway civil construction and structural engineering. This role involves structural analysis and design, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements, and preparing detailed engineering reports and construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform structural analysis and design for various structures including reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, steel, timber, deep foundations, and earth retaining structures.
- Implement design solutions and ensure adherence to all applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare and review calculations, engineering reports, memoranda, and design submittals.
- Develop working and draft construction drawings for AutoCAD drafters.
- Manage additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Requirements :
Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience.
