Traditional Labor Associate – Denver, CO
Our client is seeking a Traditional Labor Associate with 6 years of experience to join their Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration to take on significant responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration
- Handle grievance arbitrations and counsel clients on labor relations matters
- Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
- Advise clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws
- Work on employment litigation matters, with a preference for candidates who have labor-related experience
