My client is a digital branding firm. They're looking for a TPM to help with their automation toolkits. This role will oversee the design, development, implementation, and optimization of automation tools and processes that streamline operations for internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of the Instant Automation Toolkit, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation, and team coordination.
- Automation Development : Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement automation solutions that integrate with existing systems, ensuring measurable efficiency gains and reliable functionality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the primary contact for automation initiatives, gathering requirements, providing updates, and training staff and clients on tool usage.
- Metrics and Reporting : Drive speed to completion (30-day goal) and provide performance insights to leadership while optimizing automation solutions for maximum impact.
