WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Schedule : This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM schedule. You will be overseeing multiple properties and must be comfortable traveling between locations as needed.
Your Role : As a Property Management District Manager, you oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring financial goals are met, budgets are managed, and properties remain in compliance. You conduct regular inspections, provide leadership to on-site teams, and act as the key liaison between property owners, residents, and staff. Your role includes analyzing performance data, implementing strategic improvements, and driving results. Every decision you make helps create high-quality communities where residents feel at home.
