The role entails providing strategic technology vision and delivering innovative products and capabilities. It includes leading a cross-functional team of product owners, developers, business analysts, and report analysts composed of onshore, offshore, and contracting talent. You would be responsible for executing and delivering high-quality solutions that contribute to the broader business service lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and promote strategic plans and energize the organization around it
- Define and execute path from current to future state, based on strategic plan
- Define technology roadmaps suitable for planning, prioritization, and investment decisioning
- Solve identified architectural risks and address correction where existing architectures and or products are failing
- Further strengthen AI capabilities within technology and our field locations (RPA and Robotics)
- Lead and develop technical professionals to ensure career growth and achievement of organizational goals, including interim and annual performance reviews
- Define and execute talent strategy, including selection of the right leadership talent, removing lower impact individuals, ensuring talent is optimally placed, and identifying and solving for talent gaps
- Driving offshore and near-shore development that ensures teams are optimally structured, have appropriate talent, are well led, and deliver quality output
- Representing the organizational technical credentials to clients and prospects
- Exploit synergies across the product portfolio
- Champion the introduction of new products that have an impact across the business service lines and back-office operations that can maximizing reusability, flexibility, and maintainability.
- Providing application developers appropriate frameworks and support infrastructure enabling delivery of innovative products consistent with vision
- Strategic solution design with cross-functional teams focusing on integration, best practices and enterprise re-use
- Direct and enforce the standards for enterprise and system architecture
- 8 Years of Logistics, Transportation, Business / Operational Experience
- Strong Business Acumen with the ability to lead through influence and persuasion
- 10 Years of Proven Experience Leading and Executing large IT programs
- Reporting Line - Matrix with Primary line into IT & Dotted line to the Business Unit President(s)
- Good organizational, team-building, coaching, mentoring, project and time management skills
- Deep knowledge and expertise of software development practices and methodologies (Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information, Teamwork, Software Maintenance,
- Strong Written Communication

- Experience executing long-term vision and executive presence
