MC3 is actively seeking an experienced creative video producer to work with our video team. The right person will coordinate with our internal team as well as external resources to create a product on time and on budget. This is a fast-paced environment, and the right person will meet new challenges with a get-it-done attitude. This is a contract or freelance position for a term or for individual projects during Q4 and Q1. The right person will be local to the Philadelphia area.

We creatively integrate our meeting production expertise, depth of training experience, and best-in-class technology to deliver highly interactive sales, launch, and training experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between project managers, creative directors, and / or the client to communicate requests and creative direction to the production staff. This may include interacting with video production crews, video editors, motion graphic artists, or the graphics traffic manager.
- Ensure that video editors and motion graphic artists have all elements they need to successfully complete their projects (scripts, logos, footage, fonts, music, etc.).
- Oversee video projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and progress.
- Keep detailed project status notes and work closely with the Video Traffic Coordinator to ensure timely updates are made.
- Work closely with the Director of Video Production to ensure alignment by all parties on creative, budget, and schedule.
- Must be able to come into the West Chester office once weekly.
