What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Office Assistant position at NY Auto Find?
NY Auto Find is a fast-paced automotive dealership located in Massapequa. We are growing and need to expand our team. We are looking to hire an additional office assistant to work Monday to Friday and have a flexible schedule.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can self-manage their time. Organization skills are crucial to success, and the ability to communicate needs to the rest of the team. Handling customer calls and Business contacts. Neat handwriting is important, Basic Computer skills are essential; Microsoft, Google, Google Drive and some basic knowledge of Quickbooks.
The purpose of this role is to help the office run efficiently. The hired candidate will help manage supplies, organize documents, make copies, file paperwork, scan and digitally file documents. The hired candidate may need to run out of office errands on occasion and needs to have a clean driving record and valid NY State driver's license.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
