Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Provide educational support to customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve any complaints or issues.
- Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Promote our products through various media channels.
- B rain storm ideas and participate in training and workshops.
- Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel.
