Job Description for Integration Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
This position is an entry level integration engineering position. The candidate is expected to work within an environment that requires regular interaction with the Integration Engineering team, Process Engineering team, Operations team and the cleanroom operators (CSOs). It will be critical to work seamlessly across these teams in order to optimize the efficiency of the overall business, both from a business-process perspective as well as fabrication cycle times to best manage work-in-process (WIP) for current and future orders.
This position will work with senior engineers to establish objectives and establish Ready for Process (RFP) products. It will also work across teams to develop test structures to characterize and develop new devices in the line. The position will require detailed documentation to support program certifications and clear communication when dealing with stakeholders. An engineer in this position will work across teams to develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities of the Albany line that will enable them to define future devices and project specifications.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Establish, setup, and execute experimental & health of line production runs within the 300 mm line.
- Interact with key stakeholders (customers, support staff) to understand and define the requirements for projects
- Characterizing and summarizing results of experiments and other production runs.
- Documentation of results in the forms of papers and presentations and procedures for training purposes.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
