Job Description for Photonics Test Engineer
The position lies within EPDA / Design Enablement group based on-site at Albany. This role is for a candidate who will perform hands-on work developing new test setups for and performing measurements in Silicon Photonics and Packaging area.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Design of test setups and hands-on measurements on electronic and photonic components
- Analyze measured data, extract key device parameters, and report conclusions to internal and external customers.
- Development of running software programs and scripts for measurements.
- Manage purchases and interact with vendors for resolving equipment issues and maintenance.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Salary Range :
Level A- $100,000-$125,000
Level B- $120,000-$145,000
Level C- $140,000-$165,000
