Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Pelham, NY. As a Business Development Sales Representative in this role, one will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, following up on existing leads and servicing our customer relationships. This position is Full-time and will be available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential customers and sales opportunities through specific market research and networking.
- Maintain a high volume of activity with emails and calling to create potential sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, tracking all client interactions and progress toward sales goals.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their business challenges to present tailored solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with potential customers.
- Qualify and manage an accurate weekly sales report.
- Strive to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills
- Familiarity using Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with using a CRM system such as Act Pro, Building Connect and Construct Connect as lead sources for tracking potential projects.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
