You will support our practice by coding out transactions, creating pivot tables, posting payroll and maintaining those accounts, collecting tax documents for tax prep and compliance. The administrative part includes scheduling tax and business meetings. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. Responsibilities Process payroll and pertinent compliance reports. (Training will be provided.) Perform administrative support functions Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports Handle monthly and quarterly reports Collecting and compiling supporting docs for tax prep Preparing tax returns if the skill and knowledge is there Assisting the insurance practice
