The Supervisor will oversee the daily management and direction of care, promote excellence and encourage team participation in decisions and process improvements, as well as complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director. Responsibilities: The Medical Imaging Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations of all areas, which include and not limited to staff competencies, timely evaluations, satisfaction/engagement, and operating and capital budgets. He/she will consistently analyze processes and implement the changes necessary to ensure maximum efficiencies and excellent patient and colleague experience. What you will need: The position of Medical Imaging Supervisor requires knowledge of all areas of Medical Imaging practices AAS in Radiologic Technology required, Bachelor’s preferred. NYS License, ARRT or ARDMS. BLS required within 30 days of hire. 5 years of clinical experience, 3 year of progressive management experience preferred. Pay Range: $35.80 - $53.70 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
